Conversations can be viewed by searching for a contact under “Contacts”, clicking on the green “Activity: button next to the contact, and clicking on the orange “View Conversation” button.
Additionally, you can find the conversation by looking at the appropriate sub-inbox and clicking on the contact name to view the email history. Note, you can change the reply action from this screen too if you need to move the contact to another reply action.
