Inactive Reply Action

If it does not make sense to continue dialog with a contact, select the “Inactive” Reply Action. Select the reason you are making the contact inactive (Wrong Person, Not a good fit, Out of business, or Other).

If you select Wrong Person, Retreva will ask you if the correct person.  If you do, select Yes and enter the new person.  Now the new person will start to get your prospecting emails.

Remember, use SEND to send an immediate reply.  Use UPDATE to skip the immediate email and only update the contact.
