Cycle is the most popular reply action. When in doubt, use Cycle. Any contact who states, no thank you, not now, not interested should be a Cycle.
Cycle gives you the ability to keep in touch from time to time-solving “the timing issue” of prospecting. Keep in touch so you are the person in front of the contact when a project or need comes up. This is a super easy way to stay in front of hundreds or thousands of contacts so they will think of YOU when they have a need for your product or service.
The future email you approve when you select Cycle will be automatically sent on the cycle interval you selected. If the contact does not respond, Retreva® will continue to reach out every 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months (whichever was selected).
Remember, use SEND to send the immediate reply AND schedule the future cycles. Use UPDATE to skip the immediate email but schedule the future cycles.
