Change Passcode

To change your passcode, click on “My Account” at the top of the page when logged into your Retreva account and “Manage”.  Then select “Change Passcode”.  Fill in your current passcode and your new passcode and Click on the “Update” button.  You will use the new passcode you created the next time you log into your Retreva Account.  Note, passcodes must be at least six characters.
